Beryl AX3000 - Good Cloud

Morning,

I have just purchased my first GL.iNet router, a Beryl AX3000 and have enabled Good Cloud.

On logging into Good Cloud I can see my router and shows as online (as it is) but on trying to open up the Admin Web GUI it says the device is offline.

I have tried both http and https ports with the same outcome.

I don't believe I can use DDNS to access the router admin page remotely as the device will always be behind NAT and an ISP router I can't control so can't set up port forwarding.

Hi there,

Please make sure enable Remote SSH and Enable Remote Web Access at router's admin pannel first

What does your remote GUI error page screenshot look like?

Can you share your device with us through goodcloud for testing?

Thanks Elen - Yes, both Remote SSH and Remote Web access are enabled.

I am away until Saturday and using the device whilst traveling but will connect it up for you to do your testing when I am back and send through the details / share as requested on my return.

I have factory reset my Beryl and I can now access the Admin Console remotely via GoodCloud
