Ubiquiti network, Comet connected to PC, all lights are on/correct (white light on Comet for internet success), hardwired to access point, using a Mac with the KVM app to connect. It finds the comet, but when I go to "bind" I get "Binding Failed. Device Network Error, binding failed." I have no idea what to do...how to get this to work.

What is the status of the Comet indicator LED?
White, internet connected. I would drop a video on here, but can't figure out how to do it
I would also add I was able to get to it from the local web address, was able to update the firmware, get it connected to Tailscale, but I'm still unable to 'bind' from the app on a Mac (or PC tried that too - same error).
Several users have encountered the same problem. We are investigating and will update any progress here.
Please check again. The reason is that the device information stored in goodcloud is abnormal. The problem has been fixed.

Hi, I'm also getting a binding error. I'm able to connect to my kvm via browser and fireware currently updated to 1.22. Won't bind on Mac or PC. Please help.
