Binding failed, no basic KVM info

Hello, I'm getting the following error "Binding failed, unable to obtain basic KVM device information". whenever I try to add the device. It finds it on my network and I can also find it manually with the serial number but I cannot connect to it. I have used two local computers and one remote computer with no success. I can connect with the web browser only. It is updated to the latest firmware. How do I fix this?

If the device is not connected to the cloud and cannot be successfully bound, you can unplug and plug in the network cable, restart the device, and try again.

I've tried that. It is connected to the internet, I was able to download firmware updates to it. I can connect with glkvm.local.
