I need to ban connections to all russian IP as they cannot be useful and often provide SCAM or fake news on my Opal.
Can you help to block?
It can't be easily done.

Btw: Blocking russian IPs isn't a real way to solve the issue. IPs are to easy to change.
How to solve though? 
Any ideas?
By developing good media competence in order to be able to distinguish between truth, lies and propaganda. 
That's the only way, I am afraid.
