Bricked GL-AR300M16-Ext Mini after installing iperf3

Hi, I’m getting some major issues with my GL-AR300M16-Ext Mini.

After installing iperf3 to test my network which I was able to do successfully, the router would no longer accept connections through the web interface (either Luci or the homepage), no matter how many times I restarted it.

Trying a 3 second repair failed (same issue as before), trying a 10 second factory reset failed (the wifi network showed up but wouldn’t accept the default password, the ethernet interface would not work either), and after trying a Uboot debrick though the webUI I was able to upload the firmware, but it’s been about half an hour and it hasn’t restarted and the SSID isn’t showing up (although I can still access the Ubook webUI).

Is this a lost cause? Seems strange that such a small thing has seemingly bricked my device.

Hmm… Eventually I got impatient and just restarted it anyway.

Seems to be mostly working now. Maybe I was a bit too aggressive with my UDP stress testing? I’d play around with it a bit more to try and reproduce it but I’m not too keen on reconfiring it each time.
