Off-Topic: Regarding fees/tariffs for Europe, do you know if DHL Express charges anything @yuxin.zou?

If the product ship from out side of Europe, DHL will charge your import VAT when deliver.

If you buy from Amazon EU, or Aliexpress, there is not VAT.
