Brume 2 setup: internet not showing?

I'm trying to set up the GL-inet Brume 2. I would like to use it to run Wireguard VPN server.

I plugged the power in. I put an ethernet cable from my router into the WAN port of the Brume 2. I see the power light is flashing.

I plugged my laptop into the Brume. On my laptop, when I type in the address http://192.168.8.1

It says No cable plugged into WAN port in the admin panel on Internet. But I definitely have one plugged into the Brume 2. I'm unclear on what I need to do in the internet section. This is what Im seeing:

Export the syslog when the WAN cable remove and re-connected, PM me the syslog.

  1. Use GL attached network cable.
  2. What is the network port rate of the opposite device? Is this port available when it directly connected to the laptop/PC?
