After many tries I got it working as Tethering and AP, on the Brume "kmod-usb-net-rtl8152 " needs to be installed to detect the GL-USB150, to getting it working as Access Point go to Advanced-> LAN → Physical Settings, and tick Ethernet Adapter: “eth1” (lan). I getting about 70 Mbps on my phone, fair enough for my needs.
