Bug - Can't Edit wireguard conf or Add manual config via editor in admin interface

I am on the latest 4.7 firmware, I just reset the firmeware settings to factory. I thought this would clear up the problem but it doesnt.

I can't add a wireguard client config via the manual input method. The only way i can add a config is upload a *.conf file.

After uploading a conf, i am unable to make any edits via the admin interface. any attempt to edit the config leads to an "illegal operation" error.

In checking the 4.7.4 Beta release notes, there is mention of this bug fix contained in that release.

Fixed the issue that when adding WireGuard Client configuration manually, the Preshared Key parameter is not legal.
