While playing with a Slate AX (v4.0.3) I just received I noticed that if you set the Network Mode to “Access Point” the Applications::Plug-ins menu is no longer visible from the UI. I can understand why the other router related application items a no longer visible in this mode, but Plug-ins seems like it should probably still be there.
If you did not already install the packages you wanted when the Slate AX was in Router mode, you should still be able to install packages via LuCI → System → Software. You cannot do a number of things when in Access Point mode, so LuCI is good to have.

Thanks, I wasn’t really asking how to work around it, I was wanting to point out to anyone reading from GL.iNet that the UI removed something that should probably still be there.
It may be intentional by GL.iNet and/or may take some time, which is why I posted the LuCI option.
It is intentional but I don’t think it is necessary.
I have asked to add it back.
