But I need to block all remote configuration (aka SSH or Admin panel)

No. GLDDNS is just for mapping your (maybe dynamic) IP to a domain.
It won't enable anything. No VPN, no remote configuration, nothing.

DDNS is just pointing to your local WAN IP - so it depends on your network and ISP if you can access it via DDNS or not.
Via IP it is accessible. So via DDNS it should be accessible too?
