Can not access the remote control panels

Recent days can not access the remote control, always show up device offline which is not, someone can help ?

I can't speak to your specific issue, however, I have two Spitz AX that I cannot log into the Remote GUI through GoodCloud and I am needing to get into them remotely. SSH works fine, but the GUI does not work.

Please let us know which firmware version the router is running.

Please try to disable the GoodCloud feature in router, and then enable it.

What info/error code is displayed when accessing the Remote GUI?
