Can Spitz v2 be used at the same time as a modem and as a repeater?

Hello there.
I am wondering if I can use the Spitz v2 router to use in parallel its own 4G access and also be used as a Wi-Fi repeater as the same time.

If not, can one be automatically used as a fallback of the other?

This is OK. If you use repeater and 4G to connect the internet, the device will use repeater first.
