Goodcloud.xyz shows that I have 15 devices online and one offline, but I cannot remote to any of those 15. The responded URL is Rttys
"Oops... Device offline"
I've cleared the cache on both FireFox and Chrome, both browsers got the same results.
[Update]: Just tested from another computer on a different ISP, got the same results.
goodcloud can show the Basic Info, Statistical Data, and others of all those 15 online devices, but when I try to remote access any of the devices, it fails immediately.

Having the same issue. Cant connect remote after the update they did. Yesterday all was working fine.

Same! Have tried with dozens of devices that i know to be online. Remote GUI and Remote SSH buttons both broken. Tried with Chrome and FF, and even a private browsing window with same result.
Also tried using ports 80, 8080 and 8443. Same result. Seems the CG update last night broke everything as of this morning.

I see that all devices give a high latency time but they should still be active and without problems (I have not noticed slowdowns at the VPN connection node).

I have the same problem, I have 6 Devices and stop working this morning can't Access any more I get this massage.
Experiencing the exact same issue with 37 Devices since the platform interface was updated.
I've tested this and validated the issues with a GL-X300B modem that is 100% connected to the internet, bound to goodcloud and updated to the last modem fw release.
I have the same issue, it seems to be that there is a problem with the new update of Goodcloud system since it started after I did the update
I have the same issue with over 150+ devices and multiple orgs. Definitely a platform issue. Hope they can provide an ETA soon - making it real hard to support some urgent customer needs.

Currently the rtty function has returned to normal. Please check it again.
I am having the same issue on all 7 of my cloud devices. I get the Oops, device is offline message but the devices are online.
Please refresh the page and try using the feature again. If you still cannot access it, please provide your device model and firmware version.
FYI. Found that I needed to clear cookies and cache for goodcloud.xyz to access devices that I had previously tried to access during the outage... but otherwise, yep, back online.
