Hi @evilsaloon Have you ever check this link? endusers (BEGINNER) - 'How to....' eduroam - GÉANT federated confluence and in it, has a Devices that are compatible with eduroam . I think the router device type maybe not in the list. Maybe you can check with your IT department

We tested eduroam here and it works just simply fine.
