If you use the APP to remotely access the router.
Please check whether the Goodcloud binding of the router is normal and rebind it to your Goodcloud account.
If you use the APP to access the router in the local area network, please use your mobile phone to directly connect to the router WiFi, then open the APP, log in with the password, and you can access the router normally.
I’m also having issues connecting locally to my MT6000 Flint 2 running 4.7.7 firmware using both the Android and iOS glinet app’s while I’m connected on its LAN network. It used to connect before updating to the current 4.7.7 firmware. The app still connects to a MT2500 Brume 2 running 4.6.8 firmware which is at another location on the other side of a VPN connection with my local Flint 2 (I’m not using GoodCloud), and the app still connects to my AR750S Slate running the beta 4.7.2 firmware which is connected to the Flint 2’s WAN port.
So, I removed the Flint 2, but when I try adding it to the app, the never detects it even though I’m locally connected to the Flint 2’s wireless LAN.
You can open the mobile app and turn on logging. After reproducing the problem, export the log to our R&D staff for analysis.
The log switch is in the lower left corner of the App sidebar.
