Can't add device to Goodcloud

I have a GL-AX1800 Flint (v4.4.6) that I am trying to get connected to Goodcloud. The router config has been completed but when I go into the Goodcloud site and try the manually add (I am remote from the network) it says “device not found”.

Everything has been checked on the device webpage, these have all been double checked when adding in to the Goodcloud page. Device has been rebooted, factory reset, no change.


Since the Data Server says Asia Pacific: Is it the same in your profile?

Because this may include your private data, pls write to support at with the details info. Don’t mark those data and guys will help.
