Please help…
I can’t connect mr3020 as wisp/repeater mode (both with openwrt AA 12.09 or with stock firmware) to GL.iNet 6416 (openwrt BB r42853)
but it just only for mr3020 (as wisp/repeater mode) to GL.iNet 6416 (as server router) not to the contrary
I also try with diference router :
(server router <- repeater router = result)
GL.iNet 6416 <- mr3020 = not working
mr3020 <- GL.iNet 6416 = working
huawei hg553 (AA 12.09) <- mr3020 = working
mr3020 <- huawei hg553 (AA 12.09) = working
zte mf90 <- mr3020 = working
mr3020 <- zte mf90 = working
status on mr3020 (stock firmware) said that wan port is not connected
I believe there is conflict or something else between GL.iNet 6416 and mr3020 but I dont know where to fix it…

Can the GL.iNet6416 get IP address from your MR3020?
Can you show the IP address of both routers? Make sure they are not in the same subnet.
Hei, thanks for the replies.
here is my network config (as in /etc/config/network) for both routers:
GL.iNet 6416
config interface ‘lan’
option ifname ‘eth1’
option force_link ‘1’
option type ‘bridge’
option proto ‘static’
option ipaddr ‘192.168.8.1’
option netmask ‘255.255.255.0’
option ip6assign ‘60’
MR3020
config interface ‘lan’
option ifname ‘eth0’
option type ‘bridge’
option proto ‘static’
option ipaddr ‘192.168.4.1’
option netmask ‘255.255.255.0’
For GL.iNet6416 act as repeater to mr3020, GL.iNet6416 can get IP (192.168.4.231) from mr3020.
really confusing me, it only happen (not working) when I connect mr3020 (as wisp/repeater) to GL.iNet 6416 (as server router)

I see. How about your WAN setting in MR3020?
