Not a problem for me. I am connected to my AXT1800 and can access it at the same computer via Goodcloud.
Please use an Ethernet cable to directly connect to the LAN port of the router. Then, enter 192.168.8.1 in your web browser to access the router’s admin page. Confirm whether remote access is enabled.
And ensure that your network is smooth, and the firewall is turned off.
The problem is you used https only. We will provide solutions.
I'm getting the same issue across dozens of devices since the GC upgrade, both on my primary business GC organization, another org I'm an Operator in, and with devices shared to me.
Most the time I can get to the regular Admin Panel login (but it's slow to come up), but any time I try to get to Advanced Setting and click the LUCI link I get a new tab trying to open localhost ("127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/luci/").
I figured out sometimes I can work around it if I highlight the LUCI display link, then right-click on it, then select the browser menu option "Go to rtty-web-cloud-us.goodcloud.xyz/cgi-bin/luci" and it works.. other times that fails to localhost as well... in that case I've found at if I re-paste that same link into the newly opened tab AND add a trailing / to the link then it finally works. Quite painful though. I finally just created a bookmark for it, and once I get the 127.0.01 error page, I click the bookmark and finally get the LUCI panel.
This has been on MT2500s, MT3000's, MT6000s, ATX1800s and AX1800s. Lauren has an email thread she can forward to you.
Thanks,
Ken
