Can't find the GL-RM1 for remote control

Hi, need help please.

I can locally control my other PC via web base page. I can see there is a message stating the KVM was bound under my account. However, I cannot find the KVM in GLKVM app and cannot remotely control the other PC.

Attached the system log.

It looks like your app and device are incompatible. The logs show your device is using the CN version; you should download the CN version of the app.
