I just purchased your MT3000/ Beryl AX3000 router and I am trying to set it up so I can access the Admin page 192.168.8.1.
However, I have been trying tirelessly to access this since yesterday morning with no luck.
I have recently had brain neurosurgery and so my memory and cognitive functions have been affected, so please forgive any confusion on my part.
Can you please advise your contact telephone number so i can speak to you, as unto this point I have been relying on Chat GPT to try and resolve.
My Hardware/ Software is as follows;
MAC OSX: Sequoia15.5 (24F74)
Household Router: Virgin broadband (Speed Plan = M250 Fibre Broadband)
I am following the instructions and also suggestions from Chat GPT but I cannot resolve this issue, despite trying to change TCP/IP settings on my MAC and using terminal to check ping etc.
Could you please help me?
