Cell Phone Tower ID (Wrong Information)

im trying to find out how to see the cellphone tower ID so i can connect to a tower by the ID, but when i scan i get numbers like
1c781712f 310-60 (n41 273). open signal has tower ID numbers way different. Am i doing somthing wrong?

What tool did you use to scan the tower?

The CELLID displayed on X3000 is in hexadecimal format, while the CELLID displayed on the phone is in decimal format.

I used the user interface to scan for the tower.

i think the app to locate the towers are just outdated, i wish gl-x3000 had some kind of map or exact coordination

It needs information on all the cellular and their distribution.This can be difficult.
