Change refresh rate of video Comet PoE

Hello,

I have Comet PoE KVM and I am using brower application via VPN to connect to it.
I was wondering if there is a way to configure the refreshrate of the video in order to reduce bandwidth consumption. I have lowered the resolution and quality, but it still uses a dynamic fps of 50-60. Is there a way to configure this FPS for the video?

Lowering the frame rate does not effectively reduce bandwidth; please try using video smart mode.
