Changing Default Usernames and Passwords for All Networks

I’m setting up my Flint 2 and have problems changing the default usernames and passwords for both 2 Ghz and 5 Ghz networks as well as the Guest networks.

Whenever I change the username and password for one network, the other network reverts to the default username and password. The same happens to Guest networks. The result is I can only have one non-default username, settings, and password at a time!

  1. What is the solution, if any?
    If this is by design, it’s a security risk.
  2. Can the default router user account be changed?
  3. I’d also like as a feature to be notified by email from the router that a firmware upgrade is available.

Thanks in advance.

You need to apply each change without changing the other network. Unlock one network editing, change the values, and apply them; then go to the next network.

No, this is by design.

@bruce something for R&D

Yep, I will collect and evaluate this, thanks!
