Channels 149 to 161 in UK on stable FW for Flint 2

I know this has come up previously and the answer then was OP24 firmware supports these channels with UK regulatory domain set. I believe the open source drivers correctly support these channels and as of 2020 these channels are permitted to be used in the UK without license or DFS checks. I also know not many manufacturers actually support them.

My preference would be to stick to a stable FW, but as far as I am aware the proprietary drivers do not support these channels in the UK. Is this something that is likely to change in the near future? I think I know the answer but thought I would ask anyway :slightly_smiling_face:

Unfortunately, the 5 GHz channels 149–161 are currently not available on the stable firmware for Flint 2 under the UK regulatory domain.

We will forward this feedback to our internal team for further evaluation.
If you need to use channels 149–161 at the moment, you may consider using the OP24 firmware.
