Citrix not connecting

Hi,
When my laptop is connect my GL.iNet GL-MT3000 (Beryl AX) then my office citrix not connecting.
And When I disconnected from GL.iNet GL-MT3000 (Beryl AX) and connected to other wifi router then trying to connecting to my office citrix server then it working fine.

I need solution, why my office citrix is not connecting if I connect o GL.iNet GL-MT3000 (Beryl AX)?

Please help me to fix my issue?

I think that Citrix is using ports that are not forwarded in the router, hence the issue.

I'm missing some important bits :slight_smile:

since citrix is often used in corporate environments it is possible its blocked by their security policies.

so you say with the wired MT3000 it doesn't work, but with wifi it does.

Can you explain which device the wifi is comming from?

and how you connected with wifi, did you still used the MT3000 as repeater and then wired or on OS level wireless?

Is it also wifi by your corporation?

if I connect directly with my office wifi then my citrix also works but when I connect MT3000 as repeater mode then I connect to my laptop then citirx not working!

Is it also wifi by your corporation? - Yes

Best would be to ask your IT staff about restrictions or whatever the heck is going on.
Could be routing, DNS, MTU... whatever.
