Cloud connection not working

I have a KVM device which arrived this week with firmware version V1.1.1 installed. The device works ok on the local network, but I cannot get it to connect to the internet either via the Cloud service and the local GLKVM app or to enable tailscale. Firmware updates also were not working. Binding always failed.

I manually downloaded V1.3.1 r2 today and updated the firmware, but the issue is the same.
The LED on the device always goes solid White in colour, but the Cloud icon in the KVM web page never goes green. I've tried using 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 on the DNS for the DHCP setup the devices uses and bypassing my AdGuard setup, but neither of these made any difference.

Any good things to try?

Quick fix on this one, I downloaded the firmware v1.3.1 r3 Conman - that fixed the issues, hopefully this fix will be in the next full release.
