I have installed Comet Pro(GL-RM01) and since day one it keeps checking the status of cloud service.
I have done this so for
Check all the cables
Make sure that comet and device I want to access are on the same network.
I have reset and reboot few times as well
Comme is getting local IP and I am able to connect locally but I want to bind this to cloud service so I can access it form wan .

This is a bug on the screen, and we will fix it in version 1.8. Please try restarting the application. If the problem persists, please send me the log files.

There is many Failed to parse JSON errors. Did you manual edit the config file? Or have you entered special characters in any text fields? I suppose it could not support a character in your password?

I noticed that your gl-cloud.conf file doesn't contain any configuration information. Have you modified it elsewhere? You can try restoring it to its default settings using the following command.
echo '{"log_level":"INFO", "enable":true}' > /etc/glinet/gl-cloud.conf
/etc/init.d/S99gl-cloud restart
