Comet app- verification code is not received

I am trying to signup and login to the KVM app for the Comet.

the Comet was updated to Version: V1.1.1 release1.

I filled in Region = Europe, username, email address and password.
I click "Send Code" button and the countdown timer starts.

However, no email is received.

Is it convenient to provide the email address you used for registration? You can send me a private message

Hi - I've managed to register now using the glinet router application for iPhone.
this seems to be the same account registration.

Could you please check your spam or junk folder? Sometimes emails get filtered by mistake.
