Binding error occurs on all units, tested with multiple Windows computers. The unit shows a white light, but none will successfully bind.

Yes, it's the mainland China version, and I do need to use it abroad.
Do you need to access Comet in other countries from mainland China or vice versa? If you need to pass through the firewall of mainland China, you need a special server registration
