Comet not finding Fingerbot

Hello,

I recently got a comet KVM and a fingerbot and tested the fingerbot with the test button and it worked but when I plugged in the usb to the comet it still doesn’t show up in the Accessories menu even after rebooting the KVM. Any ideas how to troubleshoot?

Ah just kidding I unplugged it and plugged it in and it worked!
