Comet POE - Theme setting missing after update

Hi, it appears after updating from the original firmware of 1.5.1 to 1.82 - these is no way to set the theme anymore - the option is missing.

Do you access the device via the desktop app? The desktop app currently supports Dark Mode to provide a more consistent interface experience. You can switch themes from the entry shown below.

so it appears this issue only affects the desktop windows app. If i access a device via a browser, the setting is there. - this setting was available in the desktop app before i updated.

Or is this by design?

Yes, we want to keep the app theme consistent and avoid separate theme settings.
