When logging in to the Comet Pro via Google, the two-factor authentication prompt that follows simply states:
"Please enter the one-time password generated by your two-factor authenticator app."
The problem is that this gives no indication of which authenticator app or account to use. I have multiple TOTP entries in my authenticator app — one for my Google account, one for my GLKVM account, and one for my Goodcloud account — and the prompt gives no clue that it is specifically asking for the Goodcloud TOTP code. I had to try all three before I got in.
The fix would be straightforward — simply updating the prompt to something like:
"Please enter the one-time password from your Goodcloud authenticator entry."
This would save users a lot of confusion, especially new users setting up the device for the first time.
I'm not sure if other GL.iNet devices share the same login flow, but this feedback is specific to the Comet Pro.
