I recently got my Comet Pro and set it up on my main PC. I’m using the Comet with my second monitor. When my PC goes to sleep, the Comet doesn’t seem to continue to pass through after the PC has been woken up. The only way I’ve found it to work is by restarting the PC, and sometimes restarting the Comet works. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I’m hoping to get it resolved. I’m using the 1.7.0 firmware if that helps. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
If you want to use it to connect a second monitor, you must set the mouse mode to relative mode.
If your browser is not based on Chrome, it's best to use WebRTC with normal mode.
Pay attention to the traffic statistics and frame rate in the lower left corner of the screen. If there is traffic but the frame rate is not stable at 60, you should consider it a network issue.
To be very honest, it was non of these things. I was a bit dumb because I realized that I was running the KVM at 4k when my monitor is 1080p. However, I did learn something new with the relative mode, so thank you!
