Comet Pro - which Rockchip SOC?

Hey team, I was wondering which rockchip SOC is being used for the comet pro? I noticed the campaign page said Cortex-A53 so was thinking it was probably the RV1126B-P. What kind of latency can we expect with the upgrade?

Yes, it is RV1126B-P.
The latency will be probably the same as before, 30-60ms.

thanks for the reply. I am wondering what is the limiting factor then for latency. I guess the chip can only get so good for hardware encoding. I guess I am wondering to what limits we can push this based on the chip, or is the bottleneck inevitably the connection at a certain point? There was a big jump in performance over the JetKVM and I thought it was likely the SOC, but if not that then what is it? Thanks

Since the RM1, we have already pushed latency to its limit. This latency is determined by the network, the browser, and the encoding end. Changing the chip will only affect the encoding end, but the overall latency at the encoding end is already around 10ms. It simply cannot be compressed any further.
