When connecting Comet Q to Pixel 11 pro xl and pixel tablet it shows no video on GLIKVM app

when connecting the comet Q to the pixel phone, please select screen mirroring mode.
Additionally, please connect the Comet Q to the phone without using external power adapter to see if it works.
If not working, please share a photo to check the video and K&M icon status displayed on the screen board. Thanks
Does a pop-up appear on the pixel 11 phone asking to select the display mode when connect the comet Q to the phone?
Your phone needs to support DP alt mode.

Just seen this post, I got in touch with Cathy via customer service who confirmed the Comet Q supports DisplayLink, however I don’t think it can unfortunately. Unless it can be added through software updates later somehow…
My Pixel phone will only display via DisplayLink, not via DP alt mode.
Hi, sorry for the incorrect information provided before. Just confirmed with our team, Comet Q only supports Display Alt Mode and doesn't support DisplayLink
