Connected but no internet

GL-A1300 was working fine until this evening when began displaying "The interface is connected, but the Internet can't be accessed." Have looked at previous threads about same subject but don't see an answer,

Setup isA1300 connected by wired ethernet to ISP modem so that it can provide an OpenVPN WLAN (using NordVPN). Have checked that ISP WAN connection is working. It is! Have power cycled both devices and tried different cables/ports.Have turned off VPN. Firmware is 4.5.19.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

  1. What GL GUI > Internet > Ethernet information display when the A1300 WAN connecting to ISP modem?

  2. Can clients who connect to A1300 without turning on the VPN, can they access the Internet?

  3. Please PM me the issue syslog.

If can, please try upgrading to v4.7.2 beta firmware without keeps settings.

Will install firmware without keeps settings.

There is no internet connectivity with or without VPN enabled.

The log does not show that there is an exception in Ethernet.

Please SSH to router:

ifconfig
ip r
ping 192.168.88.1
ping www.x.com
ping 9.9.9.9
