Connecting devices to different sources of internet

I’m using GL.iNet GL-MT3000 (Beryl AX) and this is my setup:

My laptop and my smartphone are both connected to the router, I’m wondering if It’s possible for the smartphone to use tethering whilst for the laptop to use repeater? Ideally laptop to be on Repeater + VPN, and smartphone tethering and no VPN. Does this router offer such configurability?

For VPN, you can assign laptop to use VPN and smartphone not to use VPN by proxy mode.
For network interface(Repeater/Tethering), There is no feature to set which interface is used by which client device yet.
