Connecting to Captive Portal after completing the troubleshooting steps on the website

I am trying to connect to the captive portal for a public wifi through the GL-iNet router.

On the router GUI, I choose the hotel wifi, then the following appears: "the device has entered Login Mode for Public Hotspots to access the Captive Portal's hotspot. After successful login, it will automatically leave this mode."

There is a button to push that says "Go to Login"

I push the button, and a new page comes up, but the page will not load.

The internet works, as I connected my phone to it.

I've gone through the three troubleshooting steps listed on the GL-iNet website.

Is there anything else to try?

That's the website with the troubleshooting steps I referenced in the initial post. None of those worked. Might be a hotel internet issue, though.

So have you tried solution 2 - cloning your phones Mac to the router?
