Just to clarify, only Google and Youtube cannot be accessed. Other website works OK?

Yes, My phone start cyberghost , can access Google and Youtu and bing.
Connect GL-AXT1800 to my phone ( WAN port is not using), connect my laptop to GL-AXT1800 WIFI.
My laptop can access bing, can't access Google and Youtu.

After turn on Override DNS Settings of All Clients, I tried both Encrypted DNS and 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4, still the same, bing can be accessed, but not youtube or google.

Are you able to change ttl and mtu of the tethering connection?
