Connection to GL-RM1 stops at 99% via desktop app

I am able to connect locally at glkvm.local through my browser, and the KVM is shown as “online” using the Windows GLKVM desktop app. When I try to connect through the app, the connection stops at 99% and never completes.

So far I have tried rebooting the KVM, repowering the KVM, updating the firmware to the latest (v1.9.1), and uninstalling/reinstalling the GLKVM app at the latest level. Added trusted to my firewall and set DNS to 1.1.1.1/8.8.8.8

Not sure what to do next…

Can you export the log to us?

I have received your logs. May I ask, if you switch KVM to a different broadband environment, will this issue still occur? I am asking because your logs show a very strange TLS version mismatch problem. I can only speculate whether there is some form of packet interception happening in your network.

Or please try downgrading to version 1.8.2 to see if there are any issues.
