After connecting to the controlling device by the KVM, I do only see an empty windows screen without any apps. (Both Computers are WIN11 (updated))
The mouse does not work either.
I can switch the resolutions of the controlled screen, but that does not have any effect.
Attached is the log.
Maybe somebody had a similar problem and can give a hint what to do.
Thank you

You mean you're seeing a windows desktop that's empty (has the task bar etc and background, but no icons)? If so, for me, I had one machine (don't know why) that was using a Core 2 Duo I7-2700K and onboard graphics. It was generating a second desktop (which went nowhere), and was set as the primary desktop.
To resolve it for me, I had to local install a mouse and keyboard (there's a known issue when there's an extended screen and you try to use the GL-RM1 to control the mouse - it gets confused). Once installed use the local mouse to right click on the desktop and pick desktop setting. It will open the window on the primary desktop (which you can't see), but you'll get an icon in the task bar. Press and hold the windows key + shift and press the left or right arrow key to move that settings window onto the desktop you can see. Set the two desktops to be duplicated instead of extended, and that should fix it.
I can only see desktop wallpaper - #6 by tetsu Please set your computer display to duplicate screen
That worked. Thank you a lot.
Thank you for the fix. - Monitor works now.
I am still try to get the mouse to work. - But I will open a new topic for that.
