This might not be the right place to ask, but I have emailed several times about an order status and gotten no support. Is there an alternate email or other contact information I can reach out to in order to get information?

I have sent three messages and it has been a week. I just want to make sure my order is shipping.

Figured it out. My gmail was blocking it as spam. Sorry for the confusion. And for future people, be aware they may end up in the spam folder.

Same issue here, I’ve gotten no response at all for an email asking how to return routers I ordered from them last week.
