Cyber Ghost VPN on Flint 7

Hi,

I am trying to install Cyber Ghost VPN on Flint 7 router. I am taking internet via Ethernet cable from SKY router where you can’t install a VPN.

I have never done this before… no idea what I am doing really but I have a couple of questions:

  1. When you configure the CyberGhost file should it be the country you want for the IP address or the country you are in?
  2. When I turn on the VPN client it just stays Amber and it cuts of internet.

So what I am doing wrong? I have tried configuring the CyberGhost OpenVPN file twice, once with ireland and once with UK. I tried them both but neither work when I turn on the client.

Can anyone help me. Total novice trying to watch BBC iplayer from Ireland !!

TIA

L

Please refer this guide to create a OpenVPN profile:

Download the profile and import the router:

The OpenVPN client enabled and connected, Internet access is available.

You can install the OpenVPN APP in your laptop or phone and import this profile, check whether it is connected normally and the Internet is available?

When OpenVPN establishes connection, the IP you access to the Internet should be in the country where the server you have selected in create profile.
Which country to choose depends on your needs.
