Data limit for USB modems on Beryl AX

Hi,

I’m using a Huawei E3372 with Beryl AX, firmware v4.8.1 and would like to enable data limit on the SIM card and potentially see some traffic statistics.

I don’t see any option to do so either under the SIM options nor under the network menu. I have disabled the HW acceleration however it made no effect (looking at the logs it seems like the module is still being loaded).

Is this option supported on Beryl or in the works? It’s quite handy when traveling to know when going over budget.

This feature is already supported on GL.iNet cellular router products.

However, for external USB modems, it is currently not supported. This is because the feature depends on specific capabilities of the modem module, and compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
