I upgraded to 4.9 beta 1, and Data Statistics (beta, DPI) is not doing anything (no statistics).
I tried to factory reset with 4.9beta1 with the same results.
Is that a known issue?
DPI seems to work, the content filter, is blocking content if enabled.
Another issue was that I had Cellular 1, 2 and 3 visible after the update. After factory reset i had Cellular 1 and 2, which seems to represent SIM1 and 2.

Regarding the DPI issue, we have already reproduced the problem locally, and it appears that this feature is currently not functioning properly.
We will have our R&D team look into this further and fix the issue.
As for the Cellular 1, 2, and 3 issue, could you please provide some screenshots so that we can better understand the problem?
On our local side, the Admin Panel → Internet interface still only shows a single Cellular window:
