So I have a PlayStation 5 which connects to a Brume 2 via LAN.
My Brume 2 is connected to a TP-LInk Deco x50-5G via WAN.
My connection for the internet through the VPN on brume 2 is perfect, I don’t need to change anything here (I have to use VPN(Using Wireguard) to avoid the strict NAT I get with my ISP, think they use CGNAT).
However, I will be getting a PlayStation portal.
I need to somehow keep the VPN internet connection via the PS5 LAN to Brume 2 and also have my PlayStation visible to my Deco (because portal works over local network).
Sorry, I’m a bit of a beginner with this stuff. How do you mean out the Brume 2 in front of the TP-Link 5G Deco. There isn’t a cable to the wall of anything, internet comes from the 5G.
Like I have a 5G SIM card, from my ISP EE (Uk company). I literally insert it into the Deco X50-5G. I don’t have a wired connection available, I live in a rural area of UK where the speeds are abysmal and not worth having, hence 5G.
Ah ok, so plug my LAN from my PS5 into my Deco, keep the the WAN connection to the Brume, then set up a default gateway so that my PS5 uses the VPN connection on the Brume 2?
