Device already on Goodcloud -

Hi - I recently bought a few used GL-AR750's on ebay. Great little travel router I use for my IT clients. I installed fresh & latest firmware on all of them. I tried attaching them to my goodcloud account but it looks like at least one was previously bound on goodcloud to someone else's account (and not removed).

Is there a way to force removal of goodcloud for these devices (or to reset the device ID)? I don't want some random stranger to be able to control these remotely.

Please contact support@glinet.biz with your device ID, MAC and S/N and explain to them what happened. :slight_smile:

Since you reset your device, a stranger isn't able to control your device. But adding to GoodCloud won't work right now.

Hi - I am assuming you mean support@glinet.biz (no hyphen) as the domain with the hyphen (gi-inet.biz) seems not to exist (the email bounced back). I sent the email to the glinet.biz and it seems to have gone out. thanks for the info.
