Device inactive

Hi,

We are adding routers to our goodcloud base, but latetly, evey router I add to the system appears as inactive and not sure what to do so it appears online and we can manage it remotly.

My goodcloud ID is info@skylinesat.com and the MAC device is 94:83:C4:3C:C9:48

Also, out of the 6 devices we have on this account, 3 are showing up as switched off, even though we know that they are online.

The following two devices can be tried to reactivate in goodcloud
94:83:C4:3A:71:A1
94:83:C4:3A:85:05

Unbound devices can be attempted to unbind and then rebind and add in the management background
