Device off on goodcloud

The opal router apears offline on goodcloud. They have internet and VPN policy enable but I cant stiil access them. They have the 3.216 firmware version

Pls give details of what vpn and vpn policy you are using.
Is this a new problem that does not happen before?

I'd suggest that you open a support ticket via email because guys may ask some info related to your device and account.

looks like that url is not returning. just times out.

Adding to this thread.

Recently acquired a GL-MT6000.

Just factory reset in case I made any changes.
Firmware 4.5.8

No VPN client running.

Adguard running with these lists: (Goodcloud not in any of these)

  • AdGuard DNS filter
  • AdAway Default Blocklist
  • Perflyst and Dandelion Sprout's Smart-TV Blocklist
  • Phishing URL Blocklist (PhishTank and OpenPhish)

Additional plugins installed:

  • luci-app-upnp (and dependencies)

Have this on repeat in the "Cloud Log"

On the goodcloud website it is listed as online but i get a prompt when trying to load it

timeout of 30000ms exceeded

GL Cloud US seems to have issues right now.

My Flint2 (MT6000) is firmwarev4.5.8

I also tried relinking a Creta ( AR750, firmware v4.3.11) and that also failed to connect as the Flint.

I have a Shadow (AR300M, firmware v4.3.7) at a different location, and that one has been running with no issue. I can even access "Web Admin Panel" remotely

Gave up an used the Japan server. Connected immediately.

Now the US server has recovered, may I know whether if your router re-online now?
Kindly re-bind it first if the router shows offline on the platform.

The GL-AXT1800 router apears offline on goodcloud. Cannot establish VPN connection.

May I know does the Internet connection of the AXT1800 work ok if it disables the VPN?
